On September 7th, a military delegation from the Federal Republic of Germany visited the Peruvian Army Center for Strategic Studies (CEEEP) with the purpose of strengthening ties of academic cooperation and dialogue on topics of interest. The delegation was made up of Captain Dr. Elisabeth Sperling, representative of the Helmut-Schmidt University / University of the Federal Armed Forces Hamburg, First Technician Christian Ober-Bloibaum and Cadet Moritz Löbbert.
During the visit, Colonel Paul Vera Delzo, director of CEEEP, made a presentation on the operation of the Center, while Captain Dr. Elisabeth Sperling spoke about the operation of the Helmut-Schmidt University and its relationship with the Educational System of the German Armed Forces. At the end of the presentations, the mutual interest in materializing an Academic Cooperation Agreement between both institutions was expressed.
