Major of the Peruvian Army, Bachelor of Military Sciences, Bachelor of History, and Master of Political Sciences with a major in International Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP). Currently, he works as Deputy Director of the Permanent Commission of History of the Peruvian Army and has been studying a Master’s Degree in Military History from the “General José María Córdoba” Military School of Cadets in Colombia. He is also a founding member of the Peruvian Military Research Circle, of the Riva-Agüero Institute of the PUCP.
