Colonel of the Peruvian Army, Bachelor and master’s in military sciences. He completed the Command and General Staff Course and the Higher Operational Intelligence Course at the Joint School of the Armed Forces. He has completed a master’s degree in Development and National Defense at the Center for Higher National Studies – Graduate School.
