Lawyer as profession, with master’s degrees in Political Science, as well as in International Law awarded by the Sophia Antipolis University in Nice, France. Specialized in management, environment, and international affairs, both in the country and abroad (France, Italy, Costa Rica). She has also worked as a specialist in National Security and Defense issues at the Secretary of National Security and Defense (SEDENA) of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and at the Center for Higher National Studies (CAEN).
