Emilio Jesús Cam Albujar is a Colonel in the Army of Peru, as well as a Bachelor, Graduate and Master in Military Sciences. Likewise, he is a specialist in Psychological Operations and Intelligence manager from the National Intelligence School. He has completed a Master’s Degree in Defense and National Development from CAEN, and has completed several diplomas at the ESAN University (in Strategic Human Resources Management, in Logistics -supply chain management- and in Development of managerial skills and competencies).
