PhD in Government from the University of Texas at Austin. Currently, he is a professor of International Relations at the Diplomatic Academy of Peru and at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, as well as a columnist on international issues for the newspaper El Comercio and for the website of América Economía magazine. He has been a professor of International Relations at the Center for Economic Teaching and Research in Mexico, a commentator on international issues on CNN en Español, a columnist for the Mexican newspaper Reforma and host of the show TV Perú Mundo on the public channel TV Perú.
