A Colonel in the Peruvian Army, he has completed a master’s degree in Strategic Planning and Decision Making at the Army’s Superior War College, the Joint Staff Officer program at the Joint School of the Armed Forces, the Superior Intelligence Course at the Army Intelligence School and a master’s degree in Development and National Defense at the Center for Higher National Studies. Currently, he is completing a master’s degree in Public Management at the Cesar Vallejo University and serves as head of the Cavalry Officer Career Administration Department. His areas of interest are: public management, university teaching, organizational culture, and digital platforms.
