Colonel of Peruvian Army, Graduate and Magister in Military Sciences, Magister in Teaching and Educational Management. He completed the Command and Staff Course at the Joint School of the Armed Forces. He worked as Chief of Staff of the 1st Multipurpose Brigade. Currently, he is completing a Master’s Degree in Development and National Defense at the Center for Higher National Studies – Postgraduate School. His areas of interest are national security and defense.
