Colonel (r) Peruvian Army

Retired Colonel of the Peruvian Army with more than 30 years of service. He holds a Master’s Degree in Administration from the Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, and a Master’s Degree in Defense and National Development from the Centro de Altos Estudios Nacionales. He is qualified in intelligence and special operations. From 2013 to 2018 he has worked in the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM) and in the National Commission for Development and Life Without Drugs (DEVIDA) as Technical Secretary of the Multisectoral Commission for the Pacification and Economic and Social Development of the Huallaga Zone (CODEHUALLAGA).
