Peruvian Army

Major General of the Peruvian Army (EP), master’s in public management, master’s in administration, bachelor’s degree in military sciences, Diploma in Senior Management, Diploma in Senior Management in Management. He completed the Senior Management and National Security Program at the Center for Advanced National Studies (CAEN) and the International Humanitarian Law Program with the International Red Cross in the Republic of Algeria. During his military career he served and executed military operations and actions in the Apurimac, Ene and Mantaro River Valley (VRAEM) in all ranks. Currently, he serves as General Commander of the IV Army Division and General Commander of the VRAEM Special Command.
