Lieutenant Colonel of the Peruvian Army graduated from the Military School of Chorrillos (EMCH) in 2003, obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Military Sciences with a major in engineering in the specialty of War Materiel. He also holds a Master’s degree in Military Sciences with a major in Strategic Planning and Decision Making from the Army War College (EPG), as well as a Master’s degree in Public Management from the Graduate School of the Continental University. He has also completed several diploma courses and training programs, including the Diploma in Formulation and Evaluation of Public Investment Projects-SNIP from ESAN University, the Diploma in State Procurement and Contracting from the Graduate School of the Continental University, the Diploma in Technological Innovation from the Technological University of Peru, the Diploma in Leadership and Strategic Planning from the Army War College (EPG) and the Basic Program of Administration from the Army Scientific and Technological Institute (Instituto Científico y Tecnológico del Ejército).
