Victor Jesús Bautista Valle is a Brigadier General of the Peruvian Army. Likewise, he has a Master in Military Sciences from the Higher School of War of the Peruvian Army, a Master in University Teaching and Pedagogical Research from the San Pedro University, as well as an MBA from the Pacific University.

At the international level, he has completed the National Defense Program at the Canadian Forces College and the Internal Security Program at the European Center for Security Studies, additionally, he has been an Observer Military in the United Nations Mission in Ethiopia and Eritrea (UNMEE). Currently, he serves as a Military Attaché to the Peruvian Embassy in the People’s Republic of China.
