General of Division (r) of the Peruvian Army. He holds the academic degree of Doctor in Development and Strategic Security from the Center for Higher National Studies – CAEN (Peru) and the degrees of Master in Defense and Hemispheric Security from the Inter-American Defense College (United States) and Military Sciences with a mention in Planning, Strategic and Decision Making by the Superior War School of the Peruvian Army. Likewise, he has completed the Master’s degree in Educational Quality Training at the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain). Currently, he serves as Director of CAEN.
