Major of the Peruvian Army, Bachelor and Bachelor’s Degree in Military Sciences, Army Aviation Pilot, Master in Military Sciences from Escuela Superior de Guerra del Ejército. He has completed a Master’s Degree in Development and National Defense from Centro de Altos Estudios Nacionales – Escuela de Postgrado.
