Colonel of the Peruvian Army, Bachelor and Master in Military Sciences, Bachelor in Higher Teaching and Master in University Teaching and Educational Management. He completed the Command and General Staff Course at the Joint School of the Armed Forces and the Superior Intelligence Course at the Army Intelligence School. Currently, he is studying a Master’s Degree in Development and National Defense at the Center for Higher National Studies – Postgraduate School. His areas of interest are national security and defense.
