Captain of the Peruvian Navy

Captain of the Navy of Peru, Bachelor of Naval Engineering from the National University of Engineering, Bachelor of Naval Sciences from the Naval School of Peru, Master in Strategic Management and Leadership from CENTRUM – Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. He served as Chief of Operations of the General Command of Operations of the Amazon. Currently, he works as Head of Strategic Planning of the General Command of Pacific Operations and has been studying a Master’s Degree in Development and National Defense at the Center for Higher National Studies – Postgraduate School. His areas of interest are: politics, foresight, strategic planning and sustainable development.
