Colonel of the Peruvian Air Force and Bachelor of Administration in Aeronautical Sciences from the School of Officers of the Peruvian Air Force. He completed the Planning Diploma of the Cooperation System of American Air Forces by the Superior School of Air War of the Argentine Air Force. He has completed a master’s degree in Development and National Defense at the Center for Higher National Studies – Graduate School.
