Lawyer, social communicator and journalist. She is also a specialist in Human Rights and International Law of Armed Conflict. She holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Thinking and Foresight, and a Ph.D. (c) in Administration from the Universidad Externado de Colombia. Member of Millennium Project, Global futures studies & research – Colombia Node. She has experience in the private and public sector, emphasizing, in the latter, as advisor in Strategic Communication at the National Army Doctrine Center. She is also General Editor of Experticia Militar, the Army’s professional magazine, and teaches Applied Foresight in the Master’s Degree in National Security and Defense at the Escuela Superior de Guerra de Colombia.
