Degree in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), Master in International Relations from the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO), Master in State Sciences from the University of CEMA (Center for Macroeconomic Studies of Argentina) – UCEMA. PhD Candidate in Organizations at UCEMA. Chevening and Fulbright scholar. Undergraduate and Postgraduate Professor at UBA, UCEMA, Universidad Austral, Escuela de Guerra Naval and Escuela Superior de Aérea. Author of numerous articles on foreign policy, defense and international relations, in local and international publications. Academic Director of the Argentine Council for International Relations (CARI), former Director of the Master in National Defense at the Universidad de la Defensa Nacional and former Director of the Government and International Relations Program at the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE). Currently, he holds the position of Secretary of International Affairs for the Defense of the Ministry of Defense of Argentina.
