Doctor in Education from the Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal (UNFV). Master in University Teaching and Educational Management, as well as in Scientific Research and Innovation. She has a second specialty in Didactics of Research. He teaches courses related to study methodologies in military institutions and public and private university centers in the country. She has developed a solid academic career, evidenced by her participation in projects, the authorship of books and the publication of articles in specialized journals. She has also worked as a methodological advisor for theses and belongs to the International Network of Researchers (INNOVARED), the Network of Researchers for the Advancement of Sciences (REDALAC) and the Ibero-American Network of Researchers and Academics (RedeIPA). He also collaborates as peer reviewer in the journal Cultura, Educación y Sociedad of the Universidad de Costa (Colombia), is part of the editorial committee of the journal ILLA of the Universidad Nacional de Cañete (UNDC) and of the scientific committee of Security and Land Power of the Centro de Estudios Estratégicos del Ejército del Perú (CEEEP). He currently directs the Research Office of the Universidad Nacional del Folklore José María Arguedas (UNFJMA).
