Cecil H. Suarez Villiers is an officer in the Peruvian Army (EP) with extensive experience in Special Forces and Intelligence, specializing in strategic and highly complex operations. He has more than 19 years of service in the defense sector, leading teams in demanding and risky environments. He has extensive knowledge in planning, process management, and personnel leadership, standing out for his leadership, discipline, and commitment to human talent development. He currently serves as the EP Liaison Officer in Colombia, facilitating cooperation and coordination between the Armed Forces (FF. AA.) of both countries to address common threats, such as transnational organized crime (TOC) and drug trafficking, thus contributing to security in the border region. He holds positions of high responsibility, including Chief of Security for the Joint Command of the FF. AA. in Lima and Commander of Special Commando Company No. 115. His solid academic background includes a doctorate in Public Management from the Army Technological Institute (ITE, 2024), a master’s degree in Military Sciences from the Army War College (ESGE, 2020), and various specializations in strategic intelligence, infantry, commando, and parachuting in Peru, Colombia, and other countries. In addition, he has been an instructor and head at various military schools, excelling in the training and development of military personnel.
