Ship Captain of the Peruvian Navy and Graduate in Maritime-Naval Sciences. He has completed the Basic Staff Program and the Command and Staff Program at the Naval War College, as well as the Command and Joint Staff Program at the Joint School of the Armed Forces. Currently, he is studying the Master’s Degree in Development and National Defense at the Center for Higher National Studies – Graduate School.
