Jaime Rodriguez Simon is Colonel of the Peruvian Army, master’s in business administration from the Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, master’s in military sciences from the Army War College. He has also completed a master’s degree in Development and National Defense from the Center for Higher National Studies. Currently, he has been working at the Peruvian Army Center for Strategic Studies.
