Leandro Mendes da Costa, is Colonel of the Brazilian Army, with a course in Command and General Staff and a master’s degree in Military Sciences from the School of Command and General Staff of the Brazilian Army. He has completed a diploma in Economics for Defense at the Bernardo O’Higgins University in Chile and a diploma in Law at the Unyleya University. He has also completed the master’s degree in Development and National Defense by the Center for Higher National Studies.
