Colonel of the Peruvian Air Force, specialist in Finance, Bachelor in Economic Engineering from Universidad Científica del Sur, Bachelor in Aeronautical Sciences from Escuela de Oficiales de la Fuerza Aérea del Perú, Bachelor in Administration from Universidad San Agustín de Arequipa, Master in Public Management from Universidad del Pacífico. Currently, he is working as Budget Director of the General Staff of the Peruvian Air Force and has completed a Master’s Degree in Development and National Defense from Centro de Altos Estudios Nacionales – Escuela de Postgrado.
