Colonel of the Army of Peru. Graduated in Military Sciences from the Military School of Chorrillos “Coronel Francisco Bolognesi.” He completed the Diploma in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence Directorate (DINI), as well as a specialization in Public Sector Planning and Budgeting from the Universidad del Pacífico (UP). He is a master in Public Management from the Universidad del Pacífico, and a master in Development and National Defense from the Center for Higher National Studies (CAEN-EPG).
