Martin Humberto Sánchez Gallardo is Commander of the Peruvian Air Force (FAP). He holds a degree in Aerospace Administration, a registered electronic engineer and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the National University of Piura (UNP). He graduated from the General Staff course at the War College in Paris, France, and obtained a master’s degree in Political Science with mention in Defense and Industrial Dynamics from the University Paris II – Panthéon-Assas. Currently, he is head of the Academic Training Department of the FAP Officers School “Captain FAP José Quiñones Gonzales”.
