Percy Favio Gonzales Cáceres

Peruvian Army

Colonel of the Peruvian Army, he holds a PhD in Development and Strategic Security from the Centro de Altos Estudios Nacionales (CAEN). He is also a Communications Engineer, graduated from the Instituto Militar de Engenharia (IME) in Brazil and holds a Diploma in Intelligence from the Army Intelligence School. During his career, he has played important roles, such as being a member of the General Staff in the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH), professor at Escuela Superior de Guerra del Ejército del Perú and professor at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM). He currently holds the position of Chief of the Intelligence Analysis and Processing Section at CEVRAEM.
