Lieutenant Colonel of the Peruvian Army (EP) of the Science and Technology Service has a second major in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the Universidad Nacional San Agustín de Arequipa (UNSA). He is a Statistical and Computer Engineer graduated from Universidad San Martin de Porres (USMP) and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Public Management at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM). In addition, he has completed a Diploma in Logistics Management at the Instituto Científico y Tecnológico del Ejército (ICTE) and another in Electronic Warfare at the Escuela de Comunicaciones del Ejército del Perú (ECOME). In his professional career, he has been a professor of Statistics and Informatics at the Gilda Ballivian Rosado Public Institute and held roles as Census Analyst and Instructor, as well as Group Leader in several projects at the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI). In the military, he has held different positions of responsibility in different ranks, including Chief of Telematics Section, Chief of State Contracting and Company Commander. Currently, he is a Research Analyst and Deputy Director of the Center for Strategic Studies of the Army (CEEEP).
