Luis Gustavo Castro González is an Infantry Colonel in the Peruvian Army, holds a Master’s Degree in Military Sciences from the Army War College, a Master’s Degree in University Teaching from the Enrique Guzmán y Valle University, and has completed a Master’s Degree in Strategic Intelligence and a Master’s Degree in Defense and National Development at the Center for Advanced National Studies (CAEN). In addition, he has completed the Socio-Environmental Conflict Resolution Program at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, Interrogation Techniques at the Technological University of Peru, the diploma courses on Integral Security at Alas Peruanas University, and Information Security and Cybersecurity at the Private University of the North (Universidad Privada del Norte).
