Rolando Enrique Campos Hashimoto

Colonel of the Peruvian Army (EP), master’s degree in education sciences, master’s
degree in security and National Defense at the Center for Advanced National Studies
(CAEN), bachelor’s degree in military sciences and Diplomas in Human Resources
Administration, Public Management and State Contracting and Procurement. He
also completed the Joint Command and Staff Program at the Joint College of the
Armed Forces (ESCOFFAA). During his military career, he served and carried out
operations and military actions in the Apurimac, Ene and Mantaro River Valley
(VRAEM) in all ranks. Currently, he performs professional duties in the C-3 (chief of
operations) of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the VRAEM Special Command.
